Who we are
This website is operated by Compass Lead Solutions Ltd (RC 1885604), 10 Gnassingbe Eyadema Street, Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria. People360 is our product.
This policy explains what we do with information about people who visit this website or contact us through it. It does not cover the People360 platform itself: where a hospital or company uses People360 to hold its own staff records, that organisation decides what is collected and why, and our obligations to it are set out in a separate Data Processing Agreement issued with the contract pack.
What we collect, and why
If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, work email address, organisation name, approximate staff size and message you type. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss whether People360 suits your organisation. The form sends this to us by email; we do not build a marketing list from it, and we do not sell or share it.
If you email or telephone us using the addresses on this site, we hold what you send us for the same purpose.
We do not run analytics on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no visitor-tracking script. We cannot tell you how many people read a particular page, because we do not measure it.
Our web host keeps standard server logs — the usual record of requests, including IP addresses — as part of running and securing the site. That is ordinary hosting infrastructure rather than anything we have set up to profile visitors.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
WordPress and the Elementor page builder set functional cookies for people who sign in to the site’s administration area — that is our own staff, not visitors. If you are simply reading the site, you are not being given a login cookie.
Fonts, and the one third party this site talks to
The site loads its typefaces (Plus Jakarta Sans and JetBrains Mono) from Google Fonts. To serve them, your browser makes a request to Google’s servers, and that request necessarily reveals your IP address to Google. It is the only third-party request this website makes, and we mention it because “we don’t track you” would otherwise be misleading.
If you would rather that did not happen, the fonts can be served from our own server instead — tell us and we will make the change.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about them, and then for 24 months afterwards so we can pick up a conversation you resume. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to hello@people360.ng and a person will answer.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. We will not quietly widen what we collect and leave the date as it was.
